Started boxing at 15 entering side show and golden glove matches between 74 and 77 and was one of Dave Gurra pro sparring partners till 84. He started training in 1980 under Jea Joon Kim and studied under John Viol Shihan in 2000 including weapons and martial tactical. He teaches at his Dojang.
Pro Ballroom Dance Instructor. Started Tang Soo Do 1990 with GM James Saffold. Tested by GM Jae Joon Kim 4th Dan, 5th & 6th Dan by GM James Saffold. 7th Dan in Korea by Grand Master Koe Woong Choung, 8th Dan by James Saffold. Operated Schools as American Kwan Tang Soo Do Federation.

Under GM James Saffold promoted to 4th Dan by GM Jae Joon Kim, currently 9th Dan with the American Kwan Tang Soo Do Federation and the World Tang Soo Do General Federation Korea, 8th Dan in Kage Iaijutsu Ryu. Retired medical laboratory toxicologist. certified in clinical chemistry.
He began studying Judo, then Shōrin-ryū Karate while serving in the USAF. Wallace won 23 consecutive fights from 1974 to 1980, retiring undefeated as World Champion of the PKA, for middle weight, full-contact karate.
I started Jan 1975 at Kim’s Karate and promoted to 1st Dan by GM Jae Joon Kim in Sept of 1985. I studied under legends such as GM Saul Kim, James Saffold, Greg Boliard, Walt Rodd, Mike Olivero. I received Kyu rank in Yoshokai Aikido and practice Taoist Tai Chi.
An active martial artist for more than 45 years, his training began in Shaolin Kung Fu and American Freestyle Karate and dedicated himselt to the study of Tang Soo Do under the guidance of Master David J. Praim. He competed in full contact kickboxing earning a 3-1 record
